Brand Revitalization and Launch
LOGO
Applied Systems went thru a brand update around 5 years prior to the 2013 rebrand and launch effort. Applied Systems is referred to as "Applied" by their customers and the independent insurance industry as a whole. "Systems" was dropped from the mark and a new logo was created. The new mark helps to better position Applied as a leader in the business of insurance.

BRAND MANIFESTO BOOKLET
This is one example of the new collateral program that was developed. This manifesto was created to distribute to all employees on the morning of the rebrand launch. The brand voice was elevated by reducing needless copy and speaking directly to the intended audience. In this case, the employees of Applied Systems. Similar focus was introduced to external facing collateral as well by improving the brand voice and simplifying the overall design aesthetic.

CORPORATE BRAND AD
A pure photographic style and a concise brand voice were created during the rebrand effort. These improvements were not only made in their traditional print advertising but also incorporated in their digital representation of the brand.
BRAND MANIFESTO VIDEO
This video was produced and published on Applied's intranet the morning of the new brand launch. It contains messaging extracted from the printed brand manifesto booklet shown below. Each employee had a manifesto booklet on their desk when they arrived during the morning of the launch. This video reinforces the messaging and brand essence during their daily interactions on the company intranet.

20' x 20' EVENT BOOTH
The overall event program was a key focus during the rebrand. Applied uses a busy event schedule to interface with potentials as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. As online (cloud) services and mobile products were expanded requirements for the booth to support, dedicated demo areas were created in addition to the more traditional demo stations they had used in previous booth designs.

WEBSITE
The previous website for Applied was hard coded and was not mobile enabled. The first efforts were to correct the technological infrastructure and establish a platform that would allow for future growth. Key improvements were made to the user experience as well as streamlining the content by way of simplifying the visual design. SEO optimization and improved analytics measure the performance of the site while ensuring that leads are isolated and handled properly.
SIGNAGE
The signage was replaced at all USA and Canada locations. A clean, modern aesthetic was introduced to not only foster a sense of employee pride but to also welcome guests.
